Please give as much lead time notice before an event takes place to ensure timely posting on the site. We will need to know the following items: Date, Time, Event function and location. It would be very helpful to have a contact person and email address (if possible) for an event.

If there are errors or omissions on this site please send corrections to the above person as well.
